Sumaiya Moledina, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director- CAC North Austin 

Sumaiya is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Houston along with a Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Autism & Developmental Disabilities from the University of Texas. During her time as an undergrad, Sumaiya worked for Texana’s Children Center for Autism and was a Research Assistant for the Anxiety Labs at the University of Houston.

Sumaiya joined CAC as a Behavior Therapist in 2015 and went through the Apprentice program. After getting credentialed she continued as a BCBA at the Round Rock location before becoming Director at CAC North Austin in October 2019.

Sumaiya has experience working with kids between the ages of 18 months- 5 years old for a variety of programs such as early language development, food desensitization, toilet training and social skills; however she is most interested in language processing and executive functioning delays for early school aged children.

One the side, Sumaiya is also co-developer of APMCS, a practice management and data collection system for ABA clinics.

Payal Patel

Payal Patel, BCBA, LBA, M.Ed

Behavior Analyst 

Payal is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University along with a Master’s degree in Special Education/High Incidences and Disabilities with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Nicholls University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

During her time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Payal worked as a Behavior Therapist at an ABA clinic which was CABAS accredited (Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling) and focused her experience in Early Intervention Programs. Payal moved to Austin in February 2020 where she began practicing as a BCBA in the South Austin area and joined CAC in June 2022.

Payal has experience working with kids between the ages of 2- 16 years of age with implementation of a variety of programs which focus on early language development, social skills, desensitization of rigidities, food aversions, toilet training and behavior regulation. Payal is most interested in teaching social skills and behavior regulation programs.

Kile Nugnet

Behavior Analyst 

Kile is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from University of Houston- Victoria and a Master’s of Arts degree in Special Education specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.

He got his start in ABA as a Behavior Therapist at Children’s Autism Center-Round Rock back in August of 2020 where he quickly became passionate with the field and began the process of becoming a BCBA.

During the past few years he has learned from many of the analysts here at CAC and has learned to serve various clients from 2- 8 years of age. Most of his background is in early intervention, however he is most interested in expanding his skills to include more daily living and social skill development programs.

During his free time he enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and is always looking to learn a new recipe to cook.
