Breeze O’Briant

Breeze O’Briant, MS, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director – CAC Round Rock East 

Breeze O’Briant is the Clinical Director at Children’s Autism Center Round Rock- East Clinic and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She initially received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake directly followed by a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Walden University. After working in the private sector, she returned to the field of early childhood with a renewed passion to work specifically with children and their families within the Autism community. Breeze has over 10 years of experience working with children from ages 6 weeks to 18 years old across multiple platforms and environments, including public schools, private care, and early childhood education. She is passionate about the field, both personally and professionally, and brings her versatile experience to her current role.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Billy and their two amazing daughters, Kylie and Avery.

Natalija Milutivovis

Natalija Milutivovis, M.ED, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director – CAC Round Rock West & Chief Training Officer 

Natalija graduated from Southwestern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. With several years of experience of working with a family member which Autism, Natalija joined CAC in 2008 as an RBT. She completed her Master’s degree in Special Education in 2009 from Texas State University and continued with CAC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Natalija’s experience in the field includes program implementation in the home, community and clinic setting, including telehealth, with a variety of learners ranging from 18 months – 20 years of age. Natalija also supervises staff and oversees ABA programs in Serbia utilizing tele-health services in order to increase awareness and understanding of ABA.

In collaboration with Arizona State University (ASU), Natalija leads research projects at CAC. She is also head of the Apprentice & Lead Program, serving as a mentor, supervisor and trainer for graduate students who are completing their field work experience for the Board.

During her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family, doing yoga, watching true crime documentaries and listening to podcasts.

Payal Patel

Payal Patel, BCBA

Director of Building B 

Payal is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University along with a Master’s degree in Special Education/High Incidences and Disabilities with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Nicholls University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

During her time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Payal worked as a Behavior Therapist at a CABAS-accredited ABA clinic (Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling) and focused her experience on Early Intervention Programs. Payal moved to Austin in February 2020 and has been with CAC since July of 2022.

Payal has experience working with children between the ages of 2 and 16 years old, implementing a variety of programs that focus on early language development, social skills, desensitization of rigidities, food aversions, toilet training and behavior regulation. Payal is most interested in teaching social skills and behavior regulation programs.

Audrey Hynson

Audrey Hynson, MS, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst 

Audrey Grew up in Pflugerville, TX and graduated from Texas State University with a BS in Child Development. After graduation, she worked with teen parents at Reagan High School, running parenting workshops and providing support to parents finishing high school. Originally, she was pursuing the career to become a Child Life Specialist and came to work at CAC in 2017. After working at CAC, she became interested in pursuing ABA and started a graduate program. She went through the Apprentice program at CAC and graduated with a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in ABA and Child Psychology from Capella University. Upon graduation she joined CAC as a BCBA.

Cara Olson

Cara Olson, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst 

Cara Olson has 8 years of experience working with children from infancy to high school in a variety of settings. She received her undergraduate degree in Music Education from Ithaca College in 2014. She then moved to Austin, TX and worked as a music educator in the public schools for several years, and had brief stints in early childhood education programs.

After a hiatus from working in public schools, she decided to pursue working with children with developmental disabilities. She stumbled upon the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and accepted a position as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Children’s Autism Center in 2019. There, she found a passion for work with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and decided to pursue further certification in the field. Shortly after beginning graduate school, she relocated to Los Angeles where she provided in-home ABA services to children aged 2 to 18 years. While in California, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2021 and achieved certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst later that year. Cara returned to CAC as a BCBA in Fall 2021.

Jennifer Wythe

Jennifer Wythe, MS, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst 

Jennifer Wythe has been a BCBA since 2010 and has over 10 years of experience in the field of ABA. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Psychology. She attended graduate school at Jacksonville State University with plans to pursue a career in Clinical Psychology. After taking a course in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Jennifer developed a passion for ABA and stayed an extra year in graduate school to pursue more coursework before receiving a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology. Jennifer hobbies include cooking and shopping at Target with her daughters.

Allison Harliker M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst 

Allison Harliker is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Alli went on to complete her graduate studies at Arizona State University, eventually earning her BCBA certification in June 2023. This August, she will celebrate a significant milestone of six years with the CAC team. Over the years, Alli has developed a reputation for her collaborative approach, focusing on creating individualized, evidence-based programs that foster independence and meaningful growth for every child she serves. Her long-standing history with the company reflects her passion for the field and her unwavering dedication to the community we support.

When she isn’t working one-on-one with her clients, Allison stays busy embracing an active and adventurous lifestyle. She is an avid runner and a talented home cook who equally enjoys the thrill of discovering new local restaurants. Whether she is traveling to a new destination or simply relaxing with her family and friends, Alli brings a vibrant energy and a genuine heart to everything she does.

Caroline Zimmer

Caroline Zimmer M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst 

Caroline Zimmer is a graduate of the University of Georgia, Caroline moved to Austin to further her education, earning her Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in August 2024.

Caroline’s journey with CAC began in August 2023.  During her time at CAC, she successfully completed our Lead-Apprentice Program, an elite hands-on leadership track for our most promising clinicians. Following her graduation and rigorous clinical training, she officially became a BCBA in December 2025. Her progression through our internal programs reflects her deep understanding of our clinical standards and her passion for fostering meaningful growth in the children she serves.

Outside of the clinic, Caroline loves exploring the vibrant Austin food scene and is always on the hunt for the city’s next best restaurant. Most of all, she finds her balance by spending quality time and making memories with her close friends and family.
